Processing Time
We prepare and ship your order within 1–5 business days. Need it by a specific date? Email contact@handearthshop.com
Estimated Delivery
- Croatia: 3–5 working days
- EU: 3–12 working days
- Other international destinations: at least 10–35 working days
(weekends and holidays excluded) - Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight. All parcels are tracked.
We also offer free shipping once your order reaches a certain amount:
- Croatia: Free over €75
- Rest: Free over €190-€350 (depending on the destination country)

- Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
- Customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.
- All available shipping methods include tracking unless stated otherwise at checkout.
