About Our Ceramics

All products are made from high-quality clay, fired at 1250°C for durability, unless otherwise stated.

All products are dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated.

To help protect and cherish your ceramics, please handle them with care.

Because most of our pieces are wheel-thrown and handmade, slight variations in shape, size, colour, or finish are natural. Please do not expect multiple pieces of the same product to be 100% identical.

There is a difference between an actual defect and an intentional design feature. Some pieces may include small bumps, marks, or irregularities as part of their handmade character while remaining fully functional.

We do not mass-produce for our web shop. Some products are one of a kind, while others are part of a small batch. Some pieces may be repeated in the future, while others may not be made again.

Payment Methods

We accept fast checkout via PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We also accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

If you are paying with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Maestro, you can complete your payment via Shopify checkout or Viva.com.

If you are paying with Bancontact, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club, please complete your payment via Viva.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the EU, the Balkan region, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine and Liechtenstein.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: usually 3–4 working days
  • EU: usually 3–10 working days
  • Other international destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed deadlines.

All available shipping methods include tracking unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If your parcel appears damaged on arrival, we recommend checking it in the presence of the courier and contacting us as soon as possible so that we can help you with the next steps.

We also offer free shipping once your order reaches certain amounts. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

VAT, Customs & Import Charges

We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

Import duties, customs charges, clearance fees, and similar charges for deliveries outside the European Union are not collected at checkout and may be charged separately by the carrier or local customs authorities.

Custom Orders & Bulk

In-Store Pickup

We also offer in-store pickup. If you choose this option, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. This is usually within 3 days.

As we do not have fixed opening hours, pickup is available by notification only.

Studio & Showroom Visits

If you would like to visit our studio and showroom, please contact us in advance via our Contact page to arrange an appointment.

Payments in the studio can be made by card, cash, or bank transfer.
